Reproductive Partners is a leading infertility group with six locations in California and one in Beijing, China. Over the past 20 years they have helped couples give birth to over 10,000 healthy babies.
The field of reproductive medicine has become crowded in the last several years. Procedural breakthroughs, increased success rates and financial opportunities have created demand and increased competition. Reproductive Partners was looking to increase awareness and patient traffic in their geographic areas. Their reputation was very strong and their brand identity was weak.
Our solution was to develop an integrated advertising program based on a new positioning. We developed the tag line “Expect to Expect” and built a campaign around that line. Over the next several months, the television, print and direct mail program saw new patient appointments break all previous records. Brand awareness went up exponentially as did new pregnancies.
