Behavior Frontiers is a mid-size private agency serving the autism community. Their market plan called for expanding their services beyond treatment to include a training component. RCG was commissioned to help re-position the organization and update their brand identity and marketing communications.
We began by conducting a market assessment of competitive firms in the behavioral intervention and autism field in California. We also conducted one-on-one interviews with parents of autistic children. This was followed with interviews of school district personnel (Directors of Special Ed) to determine their interest in a new type of training program being offered for their school staff.
Data from RCG research validated expectations and prompted the implementation of a new program helping BF to emerge as a leader in the field of ABA training and treatment. RCG also developed a new brand identity and communications program that included the BF logo, brochures, training materials, trade show booth, advertising, website and more.
